Seeking Coach for Optimus Program Level 1 Coach Clinic

Are you a passionate sailing enthusiast with demonstrable experience as a coach? This is your chance!

We are looking for a dynamic and committed coach to run our first Level 1 Coach Clinic as part of the Coaches Development Program

Location: Panama

Dates: 1st to 5th April 2024

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience as a sailing coach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate the Level 1 Coach Clinic sessions.
• Provide guidance and support to participants.
• Adapt coaching techniques to suit individual needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
